Breaking 80
Chris came to our Short Game School in March looking to tighten up a few aspects of his game. After signing up for a lesson package, it took just two sessions for Chris, a 12 handicap, to shoot a brilliant 78 at Hurtmore. That’s the kind of progress we love to see: real improvement that shows up on the scorecard.

Rory wasn't the only winner last week!

Last week’s Par 3 Challenge had everything we love about golf. Great shots, good laughs, and a brilliant mix of families, new golfers and regulars all getting stuck in. 🏌🏌

We set the tees to match the distances the pros faced at Augusta, so everyone got a taste of what it’s like to walk in their shoes (or spikes).

We also ran a few fun side competitions. Steve Smiley was slicker than Rory on the greens, winning the fewest putts competition with just 16 over 9 holes. And on the final hole, John Dapre stepped up and stuck one to 10 feet to take Nearest the Pin honours. ⛳

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a memorable evening. Keep an eye out for our next fun event!
